Any and all digital assets generated by external contractors (including .STL, .STEP, and .CAD files) are classified as "Work Made for Hire." Exclusive ownership of the resulting geometries, including the specific 70mm mounting pillars and 20mm clearance zones, remains with AXIS. External vendors are bound by non-disclosure protocols and are prohibited from utilizing AXIS schematics for portfolio, demonstration, or third-party purposes.
Technical specifications related to "The Core" (Project 001)—specifically the 95mm x 85mm chassis integrity and rotational vibration dampening methods—are treated as Trade Secrets. Access to these specifications is granted only under strict confidentiality agreements for the purpose of alpha-phase prototyping and fabrication.
AXIS Engineered Solutions provides hardware specifications for research and development purposes. During the Alpha Phase, the user assumes all liability for the assembly and testing of third-party kinetic components within the AXIS shell. AXIS is not responsible for mechanical failure resulting from improper motor integration or high-torque stress testing.
